Long Distance Moving Company Services

When choosing a long distance moving company it comes down to 2 questions:

1.]  Are you looking for the cheapest way to get your goods to your destination?

Ask our Personal Delivery Consultants  about the different options out their.   If possible supply a copy of any estimate, currently in your possession,  for our MWA "PDC" savings consultation.  A detailed explanation, discussing the differences that may exist, of both estimates may be the only way to uncover the true price of the job.  "It is always good to know what you are paying for."

2.]  Do you want one crew handling your stuff from origin to destination?

It is not uncommon to find a long distance moving company out sourcing your move to an over the road carrier.  This means more hands handling your shipment and in turn can lead to problems.  Avoid the hassle, call MWA and the crew that loads you shipment will be there to unload your shipment.

MWA will pack, load, transport and unload your shipment for a agreed upon flat rate long distance move.  Your Personal Delivery Consultant will be at your disposal to answer any questions during the entire moving process.  From initial  consultation to unpack, MWA will assist every step of the way.   When you demand the very best local move or long distance move call MWA and we will have a Personal Delivery Consultant at your door within 24 hours.

" I am pleased and honored to write this recommendation letter to James Donahoe. When we moved from Albany, NY to Tarrytown, NY in September of 2011, we contracted James Donahoe and his MWA Moving & Storage LLC Company.  He was recommended to us by our realtor and we were very happy with the work he and his crew done to make the pain of moving easier.

Our scheduled move was complicated by the arrival of hurricane Irene at the end of August 2011. James was very flexible to work with us, changing the dates for other convenient date in September. He even went to the house, we were moving into, in Tarrytown, to check if the house was damaged by the hurricane and if there was power outage in the neighborhood. He saved us from moving into the house by confirming that there was no power in the house. We waited another week until power was restored and James and his crew moved our belonging with great care and professionalism.
Our dealings with James were straight forward and friendly. He and his crew were willing to explain, answer our questions and concerns in a professional and respectful manner. They even helped us move some furniture already in the house into different rooms with no extra charge and a smile in their faces.
James’s personal value, good character and professionalism were reflected in the quality of work he has done and the kind of personal he has in his crew. With this in mind, I give my strongest recommendations to James Donahoe."

I don't even know how to begin to thank you for our move on Monday. You and your guys are amazing! We saw several people in our building who said how courteous and efficient everybody was and we felt the same way.
We know you all worked your you-know-what's off and for you to not charge us extra for the overtime was just so, so generous!
We have already given your info to our friends who we know are moving from hartsdale, and we have told many other people too just how terrific you are and to use you if they ever move.
You really run quite a tight ship - too bad everybody in a customer service profession doesn't treat their job as personally but yet as professionally as you do!
Also, you should know that when you were at the apartment, your brother ran quite a tight ship himself here at the house. He was instructing the guys how to be as careful and efficient as possible, and even though kiowa and I had said to just leave the entertainment center for us to set up, he insisted that they do it. He was very on the ball and we thought you'd like to know that.
Thank you, thank you again for everything - we really appreciate how hard you all worked, and even more so how you treated us.
Please let us know if you ever want to come by for that BBQ, or if you walk the dogs up this way ever!
